Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, with a strong focus on performance marketing and creative marketing
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns and improving KPIs
- Experience using audience insights, messaging testing and experiments to drive leads
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear action plans
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and alignment with clients and teams
- Experience hiring, training, and fostering collaboration within high-performing teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, building strong, trusted relationships through outstanding communication and service
- Set clear expectations with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment at every stage of the project
- Build effective relationships across multiple stakeholders while addressing ad-hoc client requests promptly
- Support the execution teamβs strategy and development of paid media campaigns across platforms including Google (AdWords & YouTube), Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and more
- Guide the team using a data-driven approach to design marketing strategies that align with client goals and business objectives
- Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
- Leverage real-time data dashboards and reporting tools to communicate campaign performance and future strategies to the client
- Establish benchmarks, monitor metrics, and continuously optimize campaigns to improve KPIs like cost per click and conversion rates
- Lead efforts to streamline processes and introduce innovative solutions that enhance client experiences and campaign results
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, ad network updates, and beta opportunities to keep clients ahead of the curve
- Test and iterate on campaigns quarterly to identify new opportunities and optimize results
- Partner with internal teams to execute compelling creative and ensure seamless campaign delivery
- Work within client budgets while maintaining a focus on achieving measurable results
- Train, mentor, and collaborate with your team to ensure excellence at every stage
Preferred Qualifications
