Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience
  • 5+ years of Account Management in a SaaS based product environment (within the Healthcare vertical preferred)
  • Strong experience in identifying growth opportunities and expanding revenue through existing business
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving account growth
  • Experience in cross-team collaboration
  • Experience in product engagement and feature utilization with the ability to up-sell the product for the sustainable evolution of accounts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
  • Strong administrative skills and sophistication to manage business processes in complex environments

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations to understand their needs and identify opportunities for additional products and services
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned accounts through expansion and upsell initiatives
  • Manage the renewal process for existing contracts, ensuring timely negotiations and contract execution to secure continued partnership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop account-specific plans that align with LeanTaaS’s business objectives and customer needs
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to discuss performance metrics, gather feedback, and explore opportunities for further engagement
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to provide valuable insights and recommendations to both clients and internal teams
  • Track and report on account performance, revenue metrics, and customer satisfaction levels to ensure alignment with company goals
