Requirements

Ability to effectively communicate to contractors, potential contractors, client contacts and internal contacts

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned account(s), including sales efforts, gaining market share within accounts, and deepening relationships with key stakeholders
  • Qualify hiring requirements
  • Organize pipelines of candidates
  • Fulfill recruitment needs
  • Prioritize customer needs and direct any overflow to the larger recruitment team
  • Create customer specific reporting
  • Manage contractors
  • Conduct site-specific training
  • Effectively communicate to contractors, potential contractors, client contacts and internal contacts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent related experience
  • Minimum of 5 year experience in high volume recruiting, managing a high volume account, or providing on-premise support to a client
  • Ability to communicate with C-Level, Executive and/or Director Level customers in charge of complex operations
  • Excellent communication skills (both orally and written), including the ability to communicate and connect with all types of personalities with an organization
  • Self Motivated, self accountable with high degree of customer service capabilities
  • High sense of urgency and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers
