Join our successful sales team as an experienced Regional Account Manager, working remotely with a high compensation package and full benefits.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years blue collar (staffing outside sales) experience is highly preferred
- Previous experience in business-to-business sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to quickly build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Excellent follow-up and hyper-responsive
- Ability to work remote and in the field
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue including cold-calling and client management
- Cultivating relationships with contractors and subcontractors in primarily an outside sales capacity, coupled with some inside sales activity
- Maximize account potential and exceed quarter over quarter growth and profitability
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
