Account Manager

Summary

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Regional Account Manager for their sales team. This is a remote position offering a competitive base salary with uncapped incentives, full benefits, and a strong company culture. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of blue collar staffing outside sales experience and be familiar with CRM platforms.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years blue collar (staffing outside sales) experience is highly preferred
• Previous experience in business-to-business sales, customer service, or other related fields

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue including cold-calling and client management
• Cultivate relationships with contractors and subcontractors in primarily an outside sales capacity, coupled with some inside sales activity
• Maximize account potential and exceed quarter over quarter growth and profitability
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with CRM platforms
