Summary
Join Uberall as an Account Manager and play a critical role in expanding partnerships with key enterprise customers across the DACH region. You will engage senior stakeholders, identify cross-selling opportunities, and strategically grow accounts into new geographies. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions using the Uberall platform. You will manage sales pipelines, deliver business reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements
- Proven experience in managing senior-level client relationships, ideally with enterprise customers in the SaaS industry
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to engage and influence VP-level and C-suite stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in expanding partnerships through cross-selling and upselling initiatives
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to both internal and external audiences
- Strong accountability with a track record of going above and beyond to achieve results
- Native German speaker & fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Engage with senior stakeholders: Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers (C-level, VPs & Directors) to ensure alignment with business goals and drive account expansion strategies
- Strategic growth & cross-selling: Identify new opportunities for growth by understanding clients' broader business strategies, KPIs, and ROI goals. Leverage these insights to cross-sell Uberall's solutions and expand into new markets
- Deliver executive business reviews: Lead the creation and delivery of quarterly and annual business reviews with key accounts, demonstrating the impact of our partnership and highlighting additional opportunities to grow revenue
- Long-term partnership value: Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, challenges, and goals, while staying current on the location marketing technology landscape and competitive environment. Use this knowledge to drive long-term partnership value and position Uberall as a strategic partner
- Sales pipeline management & forecasting: Accurately manage your sales pipeline to ensure clear visibility of opportunities and deliver reliable revenue forecasts that contribute to the overall growth of the business
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery and provide strategic input to help shape Uberall’s product roadmap, based on client needs and market demands
