Join Veriff's GTM Division as a Bilingual English and Arabic speaking Account Manager - MENA, focusing on global clients in the Middle East and European regions. Requirements

  • 6+ years of account management experience within the SaaS industry
  • Previous experience supporting global clients particularly within the MENA and EMEA regions
  • Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Previous experience working in the Middle East and European regions and a good understanding of the regulatory requirements within markets/territories
  • Proven success of partnering with clients and stakeholders to drive product utilization and net dollar retention
  • Previous experience partnering with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Support, and Product Teams to drive adoption and ensure a closed feedback loop between Veriff Product team and our customers
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic languages (written and verbal)
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Knowledge and understanding of the the regulatory and compliance landscape within the MENA regions around KYC and IDV
  • Highly organized and a skilled multitasker
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a knack for delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations
  • Highly developed interpersonal and client-facing skills

Responsibilities

  • Ensure growth and product utilization within our customer base
  • Identify new use cases and opportunities to add value with customers
  • Understand customer integrations, technical set up, ensuring each set up is optimised for each customer use case
  • Work with Product Management and Engineering to provide feedback from the field and represent the customer perspective with the goal of developing a more robust and innovative core product
  • Develop trust relationships with our customers
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of our customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Veriff services according to customer needs and objectives
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust
  • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a CSM/AM within the IDV/IDVaaS industry
  • Previously worked for a global scaleup/startup
  • Previous experience managing key, enterprise clients within the SaaS industry
