Summary
Join Wrike's EMEA team as an Account Manager driving growth and expansion within a named customer book. You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract closure, collaborating with various teams to provide exceptional customer service and solutions. This role requires 2+ years of successful sales experience in closing roles (Tech/SaaS preferred), fluency in Spanish, English, and Italian, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. You'll utilize Salesforce.com, SalesNavigator, and ZoomInfo for lead management and forecasting. Requirements
- 2+ years of successful sales experience in closing roles (Tech/SaaS Preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Spanish language (Fluent), English (Fluent), Italian (Fluent)
Responsibilities
- Manage new business within the Account Management Book of Business assigned to you
- Manage the full sales cycle, including contract generation and other deliverables for closing
- Manage assigned accounts, inbound requests, especially outreach activities
- Understanding an accountβs needs and effectively communicating how Wrike will meet those needs
- Utilizing a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers
- Using SalesForce.com, SalesNavigator, ZoomInfo for lead management and sales forecasting
- By ensuring 100% satisfaction with all customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling the full sales cycle from qualification to close
- Experience handling customer relationships and using those relationships to expand business
- Experience with solution selling
- Outbound sales calling experience
- Experiencing filtering through a large number of inbound leads/trials, and promptly following up on those leads
- Ability to conduct end-user demonstrations over video conferencing/zoom
