Requirements

  • Proven SaaS sales expertise: An excellent, rounded knowledge and understanding of all sales disciplines and techniques with deep knowledge in some areas and strong conceptual knowledge in the rest. Experience in SaaS is a must
  • Masterful Communication: A confident and clear communicator, able to work with subject matter experts to extract information related to complex subjects and convey these to a wide audience in a simple, easy to understand way

Responsibilities

  • Create, own and manage all sales efforts from strategy setting through to execution and development with the aim of converting free user base into commercial deals
  • Retain existing customers through exceptional service and understanding their evolving needs. Create opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing client base to increase revenue
  • Gather customer feedback to help the product team prioritise feature requests that customers need to enhance their outcomes
  • Lead, grow and develop the sales team, ensuring we stay focused, maintaining exceptional quality and having a lot of fun along the way. Maximize the development of your team personally and professionally
  • Establish scalable sales processes and systems. We like to document and design how we do things so that we can continuously improve. We are growing rapidly, and we need robustness in how we do things that keep pace with our expansion
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry news and sales tools and techniques to ensure we are staying ahead of the rest of the industry
