• Create, own and manage all sales efforts from strategy setting through to execution and development
• Retain existing customers through exceptional service and understanding their evolving needs
• Gather customer feedback to help the product team prioritise feature requests
• Lead, grow and develop the sales team
• Establish scalable sales processes and systems
• Stay up to date with the latest industry news and sales tools and techniques
