Summary

Join COMPLY, a leading global provider of regulatory compliance software and solutions, as a high-energy Account Manager. You will be a trusted resource for RIAs, hedge funds, and other financial firms, helping them solve compliance challenges using our MyRIACompliance, Illumis, and ComplySci solutions. Lead sales efforts within your assigned territory, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales goals. This role requires a proven track record of closing new business and exceeding targets. You will utilize your creativity and drive to build relationships and close business. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales experience in a financial services or SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in a financial services, SaaS, or FinTech environment
  • Ability to quickly understand our solutions in order to effectively sell
  • Proven track record of closing new business over a sustained period and exceeding sales targets
  • Enthusiasm for helping our clients improve their business
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced small company environment with a high level of self-motivation and organization
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage the sales cycle and from beginning to end
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Prospect within your assigned territory in order to build a pipeline and achieve sales goals
  • Lead demos showcasing our MyRIACompliance, Illumis, and ComplySci online compliance software applications and other products and services to existing clients
  • Accurately maintain your pipeline and provide reliable forecasts
  • Utilize your creativity and drive to build relationships and close business
  • Attend various sales events including meetings, seminars, and training
  • Track and forecast all activities via Salesloft and Salesforce CRM
