Requirements

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Active CPA license in California or substantially equivalent CPA license
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, with demonstrated expertise in managing bookkeeping processes, financial reporting, and compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills
• Experience managing accounts payable (AP) accounts receivable (AR) processes to optimize cash flow
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and tax filings
