Requirements

  • Commercial education and further education in Finance
  • Prior work experience in an international finance environment in a finance department
  • Fluent in English is mandatory and another language is an asset
  • Good IT skills and confident in the use of Google Suite tools
  • Proven experience in an accounting function in a fast-paced environment
  • You can operate with success in a remote-first environment
  • Interest in learning about crypto
  • Good organisational and workload management skills specifically with the ability to prioritise own work and reprioritise when necessary
  • Be flexible regarding workload and time optimisation
  • Exact, accurate and reliable working style; highly motivated, straight-forward thinking and performance-driven professional with β€œcan-do” attitude, willing to go β€œthe extra mile”

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sub-ledger accounts, including the following tasks
  • Responsible for invoice postings
  • Cleaning and clarification of open vendor items including maintenance of vendor master data
  • Clarification of accounting issues with the corresponding teams
  • Processing incoming emails in the shared inbox
  • Supporting in the preparation of monthly and annual closing including audits
  • Active involvement in projects related to the improvement of the P2P process
