Summary

Join Experian Global Financial Services as an Accounts Payable Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team, overseeing performance, employee relations, training, and work assignments. Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, with deep knowledge of end-to-end AP processes and best practices
  • Advanced academic background in Business Administration and Finance, supporting analytical and financial decision-making
  • Proficient in ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP, with a solid command of Microsoft Office tools to improve reporting and data analysis
  • Experience managing partners and lead teams, encouraging collaboration and ensuring resolution of financial discrepancies
  • Advanced English level, ensuring cross-functional coordination in global environments
  • Analysis, ensuring accuracy in invoice processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relevant systems, internal calls, and invoice log with status updates, follow-up details and any other relevant information related to Accounts Payable
  • Provide leadership, expertise, and guidance to the Accounts Payable Analysts to allow them to provide accurate services and responses to queries
  • Create reports and metrics to improve control of the processes and support management decisions
  • Communicate with the team to ensure awareness and understanding of policies and regulations
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports to review individual performance, the performance of their team and offer ongoing developmental coaching
  • Create a positive work environment through employee engagement; resolve employee relation issues
