Accounts Payable

Summary

A personal laptop and stable internet connection are also necessary. Requirements

• Excellent English and Portuguese skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
• Prior experience in accounting, particularly in Accounts Payable
• Experience with accounting or ERP tools
• Familiarity with Portuguese VAT
• Willingness to collaborate with a third-party tax provider
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive and self-motivated approach
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Responsibilities

• Processing vendor bills (invoices from suppliers)
• Managing employee expense reports in NetSuite
• Performing ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks
• Applying knowledge of Portuguese VAT where applicable
• Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
• Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in accounting
• Knowledge of NetSuite
