  • 3+ years of bookkeeping and/or accounts payable experience required

  • Review all payables via email and virtual mailbox
  • Serve as a contact for vendors and department heads regarding accounts payable issues
  • Research, resolve, and communicate any discrepancies on vendor accounts, through email or phone
  • Manage and set up new suppliers in the; obtain W-9/W-8BEN for all new domestic and foreign vendors
  • Manage invoicing in; GL coding expenses, assigning approvals and payments; integrated with QuickBooks Online
  • Manage and maintain 1099 records of vendors, including holding responsibility for the annual filing
  • Manage corporate credit card spend, work with authorized users to properly code and approve transactions; export all transactions and reconcile with the QuickBooks Online integration
  • Assist in developing appropriate policies and controls for the entire payables process and help enforce policies
  • Review employee expense reimbursements in accordance with reimbursement policy
  • Assist in month-end closing, and maintain responsibility for the GL account reconciliations of AP, Accruals, Prepaids, and Credit Cards
