Summary

Trilogy Federal is hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant to work on a client project. Duties include preparing reports, PowerPoint presentations, scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, data entry, proofreading documents, and ad hoc duties as assigned. Minimum requirements are High School Diploma, 8 years’ administrative experience supporting clients, ability to pass a low-level background investigation (Public Trust Clearance), proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong communication skills, excellent time management skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, character, ethics, and reliability. Preferred qualifications include experience in a Hospital or Clinical setting, experience with federal contracting or government clients, and work experience with the Dept of Veterans Affairs. Benefits include health, dental, and vision plans, optional FSA, paid parental leave, 401(k) with employer contributions vested from day 1, paid time off and 11 paid holidays, no cost group term life/AD&D plan, pet insurance, monthly phone and internet stipend, tuition and training reimbursement. The salary range is $24 - $28 an hour.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 8 years’ administrative experience supporting clients
  • Ability to pass a low-level background investigation (Public Trust Clearance)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes in requirements
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strength of character, ethics, and reliability

Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports and other program documentation
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations
  • Plan and coordinate program meetings
  • Take notes for meetings, perform data entry, and proofread and edit documents
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a Hospital or Clinical setting is a plus
  • Experience with federal contracting or government clients
  • Work experience with the Dept of Veterans Affairs
