Summary
Trilogy Federal is hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant to work on a client project. Duties include preparing reports, PowerPoint presentations, scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, data entry, proofreading documents, and ad hoc duties as assigned. Minimum requirements are High School Diploma, 8 yearsβ administrative experience supporting clients, ability to pass a low-level background investigation (Public Trust Clearance), proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong communication skills, excellent time management skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, character, ethics, and reliability. Preferred qualifications include experience in a Hospital or Clinical setting, experience with federal contracting or government clients, and work experience with the Dept of Veterans Affairs. The salary range is $24 - $28 an hour.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 8 yearsβ administrative experience supporting clients

- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills

Responsibilities
- Prepare reports and other program documentation
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations
- Plan and coordinate program meetings
- Take notes for meetings, perform data entry, and proofread and edit documents
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Hospital or Clinical setting is a plus
- Experience with federal contracting or government clients
- Work experience with the Dept of Veterans Affairs
