Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably 2+ years of experience with an American company
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft 365 is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Answer emails, take messages, and respond to inquiries
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Perform general clerical duties such as scanning, filing, and data entry
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Help maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Assist with offboarding of employees
  • Support HR initiatives and projects as needed
  • Help prepare presentation and marketing materials, ordering gifts and apparel
  • Maintain customer and prospect databases
  • Maintain business registrations and licenses with various states and utilities
  • Assist the Safety Director in maintaining safety records and documentation
  • Help prepare and distribute safety reports and training materials
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of safety programs and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the construction or utilities industry is a plus
