Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative, coordination, or executive assistant role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Gmail)
  • Working knowledge of Canva or similar graphic tools
  • Experience or comfort working with CRM platforms (CRM experience is a plus; Go High Level experience is a bonus)
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn book formatting and publishing processes
  • Strong customer service orientation and a professional online presence
  • Must be passionate about ministry and aligned with Christ-centered values

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a project coordinator for client publishing journeys
  • Communicate professionally with clients and vendors via email and meetings
  • Organize and manage content using cloud-based tools (Google Docs, Drive)
  • Support basic writing and AI-powered editing tasks as needed
  • Conduct quality checks on interior manuscripts and cover files based on formatting guidelines
  • Perform light graphic design work (e.g., using Canva) to adjust and adapt existing assets
  • Manage scheduling, inboxes, and follow-up tasks
  • Assist in CRM-related activities (e.g., using Go High Level) and support potential automation setup
  • Learn internal publishing processes and assist in book publishing coordination

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in publishing, marketing, or client-service environments
  • Understanding of AI-assisted editing tools and practices
  • Ability to adapt quickly and take initiative in problem-solving
