Join Figma's growing team and help make design accessible to all! As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in operationalizing and executing the Figma Community's advocacy efforts. You'll develop and manage processes for project intake, tracking, and capacity management, ensuring efficient collaboration across various teams. Your responsibilities include creating comprehensive dashboards, reporting on project outcomes, and serving as a liaison between Advocacy and internal teams. Requirements
- 5+ years in program management or operations (within marketing or design teams)
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a talent for streamlining processes and enhancing team productivity
- Strong analytical abilities, adept at translating data into actionable insights and storytelling
- Outstanding collaboration skills, capable of navigating complex organizational dynamics and fostering cross-functional partnerships
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a global process for intake, evaluation, and approval of new projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Maintain a comprehensive dashboard to transparently track completed and ongoing advocacy initiatives, fostering accountability and clear communication across the organization
- Assist regional managers in tracking individual team member workloads, ensuring balanced capacity, and effective resource allocation
- Tell compelling stories around advocacy-driven project outcomes, including cross-functional collaborations, champion programs, and direct product influence to the greater organization
- Serve as the key liaison between Advocacy and internal teams (Product Marketing, Sales Ops, Customer Experience, Growth, Product teams), proactively managing dependencies and clearing pathways for successful advocacy execution
