Affiliate Operations Specialist

Summary

Join a fast-growing consulting organization specializing in affiliate marketing and PR support for DTC businesses as an Affiliate Operations Associate. This fully remote position (9 AM - 5 PM EST) requires supporting the team with operational tasks, affiliate program management, and workflow optimization using AI tools. You will manage affiliate networks and partnerships, provide operational and administrative support, and utilize AI for process optimization. Proactive problem-solving, data management, and process improvement are crucial. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to support affiliate campaigns and meet client needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, focused on quality and efficiency, and adaptable to new tools and processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations or marketing support, preferably in a DTC or affiliate environment
• Experience with affiliate networks and managing DTC brand partnerships is highly advantageous
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to proactively manage tasks and processes
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis
• Solution-driven mindset with a focus on achieving operational excellence
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Operational mindset, adaptable to various tasks and willing to learn new processes

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing affiliate networks, relationships, and partnerships from the backend, ensuring smooth operation of affiliate programs for DTC brands
• Provide operational and administrative support, including but not limited to organizing data, maintaining spreadsheets, and preparing reports
• Utilize AI tools to optimize workflows, automate processes, and enhance operational efficiency
• Proactively identify and implement solutions to improve affiliate marketing processes and operational effectiveness
• Support data entry, tracking, and management in spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
• Suggest and drive improvements in affiliate program operations, contributing to the overall success of the business
• Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to support the execution of affiliate campaigns and meet client needs
• Be open to learning new tools, systems, and processes to enhance skills and drive better results for the business

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using AI tools to optimize tasks and workflows is a plus
