Summary

The job is for an Alliances Manager I at FloQast's Consulting Program. Responsibilities include building new partnerships, scaling current relationships, sourcing leads, coordinating internal resources, working with various teams, identifying opportunities for alliances, creating presentations, networking, giving feedback, and handling issues professionally. Requirements are 5+ years of experience in SaaS-based Technologies, Accounting industry, or with an Accounting Advisory firm, experience negotiating partner contracts with C-Level executives, Business Process Outsourced Accounting and/or Consulting, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, tenacity, commitment to self-improvement, team player attitude, ability to remain organized, execute in a fast-paced environment, and a Bachelor’s Degree. The position offers a base pay between $95,000 - $125,000 with a commission plan, and includes benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Family Forming benefits, Life & Disability Insurance, Unlimited Vacation, and participation in the Employee Stock Program.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in SaaS-based Technologies , in the Accounting industry, or with an Accounting Advisory firm
  • Experience negotiating partner contracts with C-Level executives
  • Experience in Business Process Outsourced Accounting and/or Consulting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to run timely, accurate meetings with C-Level executives and deliver compelling presentations
  • Tenacious and committed to exceeding targets
  • Commitment to self-improvement and success
  • Team player with a collaborative orientation
  • Ability to remain organized and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required

Responsibilities

  • Build new partnerships with accounting advisory and finance transformation firms
  • Scale current relationships through marketing campaigns and other creative efforts
  • Source high-quality leads from partners in the Consulting Program
  • Coordinate internal resources to accomplish goals, enable partners, and keep partners engaged with FloQast
  • Work closely with the sales team, customer success, partnerships team, pre-sales engineers, and marketing to grow new and incremental revenue
  • Identify opportunities for new alliances and partnerships to expand FloQast’s reach, while maintaining a solid pipeline of new potential partners
  • Create and deliver professional & compelling presentations to potential partners
  • Join and coordinate networking groups and attend events
  • Give clear and concise feedback to internal stakeholders on partner programs, product compatibility, and ecosystem viability
  • Effectively communicate to management through Salesforce updates, emails, and other means
  • Handle issues expediently with extreme professionalism
