Requirements

  • A proven track record of success as a Salesforce Administrator with 5 years experience
  • An understanding of what it means to build high-quality, maintainable, scalable tools or applications -- and you enjoy doing it
  • The ability to break down complex problems rigorously and understand the tradeoffs needed to deliver great, impactful tools and applications on aggressive timelines
  • You’re comfortable communicating about your work with both technical and non-technical team members, including engineers, product managers, designers, analysts and end users
  • You have an AI focused or innovative mindset that is always looking for better ways to deliver value to the business, our end users, and our customers
  • Worked with other technology platforms and tools including CRMs, contact centers, analytics tools, contract tools and survey tools
  • Proven experience supporting Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud

Responsibilities

  • Own the configuration and optimization of Salesforce to support Sales, Partnerships, and cross-functional go-to-market teams
  • Design and improve workflows related to lead/opportunity management, forecasting, campaign targeting (Genesys), and partner enablement
  • Build and launch pilots or MVPs in fast moving environments where requirements may still be forming
  • Partner with teams like Business Operations, Product, and Data Science to translate business needs into scalable, measurable solutions
  • Administer and support a broader tech stack, including tools like Pardot, Workato, Ironclad, Datagroomr, Observe.AI, and conversational AI platforms
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on backend systems and integrations to support third-party partnerships and experiments
  • Drive best practices around data hygiene, user access, and documentation, while staying current on platform releases and AI-driven tooling

  • For candidates living in San Francisco / Bay Area, San Jose, New York City, or Seattle metros, the expected salary range for the role is currently $109,800 - $142,100
  • For candidates living in Austin, TX or Washington DC metros or in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or Washington states, the expected salary range for the role is currently $98,900 - $127,900
  • For candidates living in all other US locations, the expected salary range for this role is currently $93,300 - $120,800
