Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience managing organic social strategy, influencer marketing, and content creation, ideally for a consumer brand
  • A proven track record of driving audience growth, engagement, and impactful creator partnerships
  • Experience supporting integrated campaigns and collaborating cross-functionally
  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to balance strategy and execution

Responsibilities

  • Lead social strategy. Develop a vision and roadmap for organic social that aligns with brand priorities, leverages platform strengths, and taps into cultural moments
  • Oversee content creation. Collaborate with in-house creatives, external partners, and influencers to produce engaging, on-brand content across formatsโ€”from always-on storytelling to campaign-driven initiatives
  • Support integrated campaigns. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure social is a core part of multi-channel campaigns, amplifying messaging and driving results
  • Drive influencer marketing. Identify, engage, and nurture partnerships with creators who authentically connect with our audience, driving reach and brand love
  • Optimize for growth. Test, learn, and refine content strategies to boost engagement, expand our audience, and maximize platform performance
  • Ensure social SEO best practices. Optimize content for searchability within social platforms to increase discoverability and drive traffic
  • Analyze & report performance. Track KPIs, share actionable insights, and evolve strategies based on whatโ€™s working (and whatโ€™s not)

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $130,000-$185,000, commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living
