Summary
Join Turing, a rapidly growing AI company, as a Field Marketing Manager to plan and execute impactful marketing initiatives. Collaborate with sales, product, content, and RevOps teams to drive demand and accelerate deals. Develop and execute field marketing programs, manage event calendars, and run ABM campaigns. Track campaign performance, identify customer success stories, and ensure data integrity. Contribute to annual GTM planning and act as a liaison between various teams. This role requires strong B2B marketing experience in tech and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech, AI, SaaS, or professional services
- Strong experience with field, partner, or ABM marketingโideally at a company with complex sales cycles and high-value buyers
- Proven track record of owning programs end-to-end and delivering measurable results
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Excellent writing, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong instincts for messaging, timing, and audience targeting
- High attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel for events and customer activations
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute field marketing programs that drive lead generation, pipeline velocity, and revenue growth
- Partner with Sales to align field efforts with account strategies, industry motions, and territory needs
- Build and manage a calendar of in-person and virtual experiences, including executive dinners, roundtables, roadshows, sponsored events, and webinars
- Plan and run ABM-style campaigns tailored to enterprise accounts, industries, or sales segments
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content to bring targeted messaging and value propositions into every program
- Own campaign performance tracking (MQL โ SQL โ Opportunity), lead flow, and post-event follow-up processes
- Identify and activate customer case studies and success stories for use across channels
- Work with RevOps and Marketing Ops to ensure data integrity, lead routing, and pipeline attribution
- Act as the connective tissue between campaign strategy, brand, sales enablement, and execution
- Contribute to the annual GTM planning process with field-level insights and ideas
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to enterprise innovation, data science, or engineering buyers
- Understanding of GenAI, applied AI, or software engineering services
- Exposure to vertical marketing strategies or account-based approaches
