- Technical proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Iterable, Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL
Responsibilities
- Manage our marketing techstack and integrations between systems, ensuring overall database health, reporting, attribution and performance
- Build reporting channels, including dashboards, to understand performance of earned, owned, and paid channels, and make proactive recommendations on ways to improve effectiveness
- Manage email marketing operations, including identifying audiences, recognizing patterns and trends, optimizing based on performance, and reporting on outcomes
- Identify data cleanliness and process issues and help to remedy going forward
- Build and improve on existing reporting, thus empowering coworkers to make informed decisions and track their performance
