Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2+ years managing a BDR/SDR team
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams to exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting strategies, including cold outreach, email sequences, and social selling
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, etc.)
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills to inspire and develop a team
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize processes

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of BDRs/SDRs to generate and qualify high-quality leads
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue
  • Set clear performance expectations and KPIs, ensuring team accountability
  • Optimize and refine outreach strategies, messaging, and cadences for prospecting efforts
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align on lead generation strategies and sales processes
  • Leverage CRM and sales enablement tools to track performance, optimize workflows, and improve efficiency
  • Monitor key metrics and provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, providing regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices to refine strategies
  • Work closely with the leadership team to scale and refine the BDR/SDR function to support company growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS, Customer Experience, or Fintech is a plus
  • Knowledge of AI and Conversational AI technologies is a strong advantage
