Summary

Join Eppo as our first Brand Designer to build and expand our brand presence! Following a recent rebrand, you will ensure consistent, high-quality brand implementation across all customer touchpoints. You will lead the creation of digital and print assets for marketing, blog posts, product launches, and internal use. Collaboration with marketing, sales, and product design teams is key. This role requires 5+ years of experience as a brand or visual designer in a startup environment. Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Brand or Visual Designer with some in-house experiences
  • Ability to navigate and prioritize work in a growth-stage startup world
  • Resourcefulness: A can-do and proactive attitude when faced with ambiguous challenges
  • Ability to strongly articulate your design decisions and listen to feedback

Responsibilities

  • Create templates and assets for various marketing channels, such as social media, emails, presentations, ads, and more
  • Create bespoke images for our blog posts on Outperform
  • Design print/swag: Event and internal collaterals, such as printed banners, socks, shirts, etc. such as the magic 8-balls and coffee cups here
  • Design web landing pages for product launches, such as Feature Flagging
  • Proactively up-level our craft and processes to ensure that work is impactful, tracked, and completed on-time with quality
  • Collaborate with our Marketing, Sales, and Product Designers to gather feedback and prioritize your work
