Summary
Join HelloFresh as a Brand Marketing Manager DACH and significantly shape the brand's perception in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Develop and implement locally relevant brand and go-to-market campaigns showcasing new products and innovations. Serve as a liaison between the central product marketing team and local markets, translating international strategies into impactful narratives. Manage the brand marketing budget, measure campaign success, and make data-driven adjustments for maximum impact. This is a 24-month fixed-term position with the aim of subsequent permanent employment.
Requirements
- Have a completed degree in marketing, communication, business administration (with a marketing focus), or a comparable qualification
- Possess demonstrable experience in developing and implementing effective brand campaigns, including media planning, performance analysis, and market research
- Be familiar with brand building, marketing strategy development, and establishing global concepts in regional markets
- Work very structured and possess strong project management skills to efficiently coordinate priorities and deadlines
- Use analytical thinking to transform data and insights into effective marketing strategies
- Work with attention to detail, quality awareness, and results orientation
- Take on responsibility, act proactively, and thrive in environments where you can work independently and drive initiatives
- Be fluent in German and English (both at C1 level) and clearly communicate ideas and insights
- Have a team-oriented personality that enables you to build cross-functional relationships and convince stakeholders at different levels
- Show enthusiasm, curiosity, and passion for the food sector, related innovations, and the HelloFresh brand
Responsibilities
- Develop locally relevant, cross-channel campaigns based on global brand strategies, managing the entire process from conception to implementation and performance evaluation across digital, social, and selected offline channels
- Establish product launches in close collaboration with product and cross-functional teams, focusing on brand fit and relevance in the DACH region
- Act as the link between the central product marketing team and regional needs, adapting global messages, communicating product features through targeted storytelling, and developing brand-appropriate content
- Manage the brand marketing budget, monitor expenses and ROI, and create regular performance and financial reports
- Monitor relevant brand and campaign KPIs, derive results, and provide data-driven optimization suggestions to maximize brand impact
- Ensure consistent brand communication with the support of internal creative and content teams, and develop tailored content for customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Represent the brand within the company and collaborate with product, CX, performance marketing, and CRM teams to ensure every customer interaction provides a positive brand experience
