Requirements
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
- You have a track-record in successfully closing high-ticket deals (ideally to BtoC clients)
- Autonomous Leader: You're organized, can juggle multiple priorities, make confident decisions, and inspire others to follow
- Market Curiosity: You have a keen interest in the personal development, coaching, entrepreneurship, or Edtech market
- Sales Savvy: You excel at sales, understand the customer decision-making process, and are eager to improve your sales, influence, and negotiation skills
- Digital Savvy: You have experience managing a CRM and can lead a digital project with a tech team
- Growth over ego: You're open to feedback, ready to learn, and value others' viewpoints
- Team Player: You love to work as a team, share successes, and treat victories and failures as collective experiences
- French: native or bilingual
- English: good level. You can hold a conversation with English-speaking colleagues. Our chosen language for written communication is English
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and persuade new students to enroll in our courses
- Generate new leads through email outreach to potential students
- Aim to secure 1 to 3 new students enrollments daily
- Organize LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings
- Initiate outbound calls to qualified leads who are familiar and excited to chat with us
- Propose any innovative way of identifying new students who could impact our business
- Manage your calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot
- Ensure strategic, personalized business follow-ups on ongoing leads within your CRM
- You're ready to leverage CRM for improved efficiency and effectiveness, and to identify new opportunities
- Review 2-3 call recordings per week to improve your sales approach and objection handling skills
- You are ready to propose 1-5 fresh ideas per month to enhance our offerings
- Actively participate in both in-person and online Paradox events to sell our products
- Assist in or lead at least two webinars per month
