Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Extensive experience in the iGaming industry or a related field is highly desirable
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a proven ability to develop and execute business development strategies
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, regulatory environments, and industry trends in the iGaming sector
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Innovative thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the companyโs growth objectives
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and potential revenue streams
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
- Analyze data to identify potential business opportunities and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders in the iGaming industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, affiliates, and other external entities to enhance business opportunities
- Drive revenue growth through the development of new business initiatives, products, and services
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the companyโs market presence
- Lead the development of business proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations
- Ensure that all contractual agreements align with the companyโs strategic goals and compliance requirements
- Work closely with marketing, product development, legal, and finance teams to ensure cohesive execution of business development initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams to facilitate the successful launch and operation of new partnerships and projects
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on business development progress, opportunities, and risks
