Join Secfix as a Business Development Lead and play a pivotal role in expanding our sales pipeline and outreach. You will spearhead outbound prospecting campaigns, engaging with potential customers to schedule meetings for our Account Executives. This 100% remote position offers generous equity and benefits. You will be responsible for leading our go-to-market strategy in the DACH and EU regions, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and building the foundation for Secfix's global expansion. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills in English and German (C2 level), thrives in fast-paced environments, and has 2-3 years of experience in similar roles. Requirements

  • English (fluent) and German (C2 level)
  • 2-3 years in roles like VC-backed startups, investment banking, or other competitive BDR positions. Sales experience in the SaaS space is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead our go-to-market in the DACH and EU market
  • Exchange daily with C-Level executives and provide them with valuable compliance insights
  • Create a stellar first impression of Secfix as the first point of contact for prospects in their buying journey
  • Generate a high-quality sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams
  • Build the foundations of Secfixโ€™s scalable global expansion
  • Research and identify target companies and leads matching our ideal customer profile
  • Source and qualify outbound leads by applying qualification frameworks such as PACTT
  • Triage and qualify inbound leads from marketing activities
  • Manage prospecting work-flow in Sales Navigator and HubSpot
  • Set up Discovery meetings with the sales team
  • Report regularly to the CEO in weekly 1:1s and sales meetings
  • Consistently meet or overachieve on activity and monthly Sales Accepted Lead targets
  • Feedback prospect learnings to the Secfix product team to help refine our go-to-market positioning and playbook
