Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for onboarding dApps to the APhone store, conducting market analysis, coordinating cross-functional teams, and representing APhone at industry events. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in business development or partnership roles, a bachelor's degree, strong understanding of blockchain technologies, and excellent analytical, strategic, and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in business development or partnership roles
• Proven track record in closing dApp partnerships in the DePIN and DeFi sectors, specifically
• Widespread existing relationships within these verticals is a must
• Bachelor’s degree or above from reputable institution
• Exceptional understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and the decentralized finance ecosystem
• Strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills
• Strong familiarity with managing and growing BD/CRM databases
• A dynamic self-starter passionate about decentralization and innovation
• Strong critical thinker and independent problem solver
• Willingness to travel for networking, partnership development, and to stay connected with the global Web3 community
