Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of identifying, building, and managing successful relationships with prospects, customers, and partners
  • Strong interest in the travel and airline industry and understanding of industry-specific challenges
  • Good understanding and discipline regarding sales pipeline management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth
  • Ensure a continued healthy pipeline of new business
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to live customer and beyond
  • Close collaboration with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment between client needs and fintech solution offerings
  • Stay updated on industry trends ,challenges, and emerging opportunities to identify areas for business growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Payments, Travel, or Fraud Prevention
  • Other languages are a plus
