Requirements

  • B2B telephone lead generation (minimally 1 year)
  • Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce.com , SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense and Drift (preferred)
  • Passion for outbound sales, cold calling and prospecting
  • Ability to have discussions at all levels within all businesses from Enterprise to mid-market across all sectors
  • High energy, results oriented, self-motivated/self-reliant, team player that can think β€˜out of the box’
  • Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills, able to adapt to changing priorities and the ability to maintain excellent call records
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and have a very stable work history

Responsibilities

  • Generate new discovery calls and qualified pipeline for the sales team through outbound prospecting efforts
  • Leverage tools such as LinkedIn to network with prospects and educate the market on Azul
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (Opportunity creation and progression)
  • Gain/Deepen business knowledge through researching how different businesses operate
  • Understand prospect pain points, gather technical requirements and correlate business value to customer needs
  • Pipeline organization and collaboration with Account Executives and Sales Directors for qualified meetings
