Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine their fit for our products or services
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations
  • Conduct introductory meetings and product demonstrations to educate prospects about our offerings
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for engaging and converting leads into customers
  • Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics using CRM software
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and processes to optimize lead generation and conversion rates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently enhance the volume of outbound efforts
  • Led teams in setting meetings that converted to Sales Accepted Leads (SAL), completed demos, and ultimately booked ARR
  • Maintained consistent top performance month over month relative to peers in BDR / SDR function
  • Ideally has experience identifying, targeting, and generating new deals in the $25-50k ACV range in GovTech
