Summary
Join ELVTR as a Business Development Representative to drive B2B initiatives, contacting companies whose employees will benefit from ELVTR's courses and generating additional revenue through this new direction. This is a full-time remote position open to candidates located anywhere in South Africa.
Requirements
- B2B Sales/Bizdev Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and/or partnership building
- Communication and Language Skills: Exceptional command of the English language, with native-level fluency and an outstanding ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential clients through emails, phone calls, and meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of ELVTR's courses
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing and contract terms
- Address client objections and close sales deals
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
- Provide after-sales support to address any issues or concerns
