Requirements

  • Experience: 3 years in a BDR role, preferably in SaaS, software development, or tech services
  • Proven track record of lead generation and closing or advancing complex sales cycles
  • Demonstrated success in business-to-business (B2B) sales and client engagement
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication
  • Able to present and explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences in a compelling way
  • Proficiency with CRM and lead generation tools

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in building and refining a scalable outbound sales process from the ground up, including workflows, outreach cadences, qualification criteria, and handoff procedures
  • Your ability to create structure where none exists is essential to success in this role
  • Identify, research, and contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Engage prospects in discovery conversations to assess needs, timelines, and fit for our services
  • Conduct virtual meetings and demos to communicate the value proposition
  • Maintain detailed records in the CRM to track lead status, calls, and follow-ups
  • Work closely with leadership, marketing, and technical teams to align outreach with current offerings and capabilities
  • Help move leads through the funnel toward closing or smoothly hand off qualified leads to senior sales or technical leads

Preferred Qualifications

  • Skilled at soft-selling, persistent follow-ups, consultative discovery, and objection handling
  • Experience implementing sales or business development processes from scratch, with the ability to lead initiatives and inspire others
  • Strong experience creating outbound sales processes from scratch is a major plus
  • If you’ve built prospecting frameworks, CRM workflows, or scalable outreach strategies in a previous role, we want to hear about it
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, take initiative, and manage a dynamic workload
  • Eager to learn, adapt to emerging technologies, and use AI to boost productivity and insights
