Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service, preferably in the technology or data solutions industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Hubspot CRM software and Google suite
  • Experience using outreach tools and working cross functionally to develop leads and opportunities
  • High level of initiative, drive, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience with the lead lifecycle and implementing strategies that accelerate opportunity generation

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted research to understand industry trends and identify potential leads
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to develop targeting strategies, messaging, content, and campaigns that enhance lead generation
  • Execute strategic outreach initiatives through a combination of cold calling, email, and social media engagement
  • Evaluate and qualify leads based on their potential business impact and alignment with Hakkoda’s offerings
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads, fostering a collaborative environment that accelerates the sales cycle
  • Test, measure, and iterate on communication tactics and strategies to improve outreach effectiveness and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Ensure accurate tracking and management of lead data in our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics, delivering sales-qualified meetings on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Represent Hakkoda, enhancing brand visibility and forging key relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the Snowflake Data Cloud ecosystem or similar data warehousing technologies
  • Familiarity with the cloud infrastructure and IT services industry
  • Experience with enterprise sales with an average deal size of $500K+
  • Experience with professional services
