Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and new market opportunities
- Contact prospective clients through various channels (cold calling, emailing, social media, networking)
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Assess and prioritize potential clients based on their needs and readiness to engage
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure the company's goals and targets are met
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, opportunities, and results to management
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective clients in the CRM system
- Continuously seek feedback and improve sales techniques and approaches
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape
- Conduct all business following Higher Logic values, policies, and procedures
