Summary

Join Sana Commerce as a Senior Business Development Representative (Enterprise) focusing on the DACH region. You will drive growth by identifying and qualifying high-value opportunities with key enterprise customers. This role involves in-depth market research, engaging senior decision-makers, and developing personalized outreach strategies. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to build a strong pipeline and contribute to global success. The position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on a fast-growing SaaS company and work with global leaders on strategic initiatives. A hybrid work model and up to 3 weeks of "work from anywhere" per year are included.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the software (SaaS) industry as a BDR, SDR, ADR
  • Near-native command of the German language
  • Creativity. When you don’t know how to go about things, you’ll find a creative way to achieve your goals
  • Excellent communication skills. You can take the lead in a conversation, leave no room for interpretation, and you also know when it’s time to listen
  • Partnership building skills. You can build a strong partnership with multiple stakeholders in multi-threaded opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to identify and target high-potential enterprise accounts, turning leads into exciting new opportunities
  • Build and maintain meaningful connections with key players in Sana Commerce’s ecosystem and client organizations, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and partners, laying the foundation for long-term success and collaboration
  • Conduct online discovery calls, engaging multiple decision-makers to uncover needs and demonstrate the value of Sana Commerce’s solutions
  • Conduct deep-dive account research to personalize your outreach and develop winning strategies that set you up for success
