Summary

Join ICEYE's Insurance Solutions team as a Business Development Representative and play a crucial role in supporting its growth. You will focus on prospecting and lead generation within the insurance market, working closely with the Global Sales team. This role offers a broad understanding of the international insurance market and its key players. You will be responsible for lead generation, nurturing leads, meeting sales quotas, and collaborating with marketing. The position is fully remote and offers a supportive and diverse work environment. Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Use of CRM & Marketing tools - e.g. SalesForce, Hubspot, Zoominfo, Intent monitoring platforms
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to deliver results
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities and to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Agility to adopt new marketing messages
  • Ability to learn quickly and the determination to build a successful career in sales

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining relationships to achieve lead generation goals
  • Generate leads through outbound prospect customer outreach
  • Nurture and grow Marketing Qualified Leads into Sales Qualified Leads
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Participate in related topics online communities
  • Target account research and change monitoring
  • Develop and document competitor intelligence
  • Prepare Events and Secure Meetings in advance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ideally a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Ideally experience in sales or marketing position
