Summary

The Business Development Representative (BDR) generates qualified leads, identifies opportunities, and nurtures prospects to drive growth in bookings for the company. They must have excellent communication skills, be adaptable, and have a bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of related experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in building productive internal and external relationships
• Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed lead generation techniques and maintain thorough documentation of interactions
• Drive awareness and generate strong product interest and demand among new and existing leads
• Pursue, cultivate, and expand opportunities to deliver long-term value and support the company's growth
• Create strategic opportunities to enhance customer relationships, grow markets, and expand business
• Brainstorm and implement new ideas, initiatives, and activities to increase profitability and deliver value
• Identify and develop strategic alliances and partnerships, explore new markets, distribution channels, and product opportunities
• Conduct competitive analysis, track industry trends, and identify potential new markets
