Requirements

  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools for managing leads and sales activities
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Written examples may be requested during the hiring process

Responsibilities

  • Prospect Outreach: Send prospect emails and conduct outbound calls to engage with potential clients, qualifying them based on predefined criteria
  • Lead Management: Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate information on leads and follow-ups to ensure efficient tracking of the sales pipeline
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and gather insights on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule and manage appointments for potential clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication throughout the process
  • Client Communication: Maintain excellent communication with clients to address their needs and facilitate the sales process efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Insurance Industry Experience: Understanding of the insurance sector, including its challenges and regulations, is a plus for effectively engaging with potential clients and tailoring your approach to their specific needs
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product features and benefits
  • Sales Development: Ability to identify client needs and convert leads into customers through relationship-building
