Summary

Join Pavago as a results-driven BDR to spearhead outbound sales for their expanding software development practice. You will be responsible for generating leads, developing outreach strategies, building sales processes, and engaging prospects through consultative sales, effectively communicating the value of solutions in cloud, mobile, and AI technologies. This role demands building a scalable outbound sales process from the ground up, including workflows, outreach cadences, and qualification criteria. You will identify and contact potential clients, qualify leads through discovery conversations, conduct virtual meetings and demos, and maintain detailed CRM records. Collaboration with leadership, marketing, and technical teams is crucial. Success requires a strong background in BDR roles, proven lead generation and closing skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4–5 years in a BDR role, preferably in SaaS, software development, or tech services. Proven track record of lead generation and closing or advancing complex sales cycles
  • Demonstrated success in business-to-business (B2B) sales and client engagement
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication. Able to present and explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences in a compelling way
  • Proficiency with CRM and lead generation tools

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in building and refining a scalable outbound sales process from the ground up, including workflows, outreach cadences, qualification criteria, and handoff procedures
  • Identify, research, and contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Engage prospects in discovery conversations to assess needs, timelines, and fit for our services
  • Conduct virtual meetings and demos to communicate the value proposition
  • Maintain detailed records in the CRM to track lead status, calls, and follow-ups
  • Work closely with leadership, marketing, and technical teams to align outreach with current offerings and capabilities
  • Help move leads through the funnel toward closing or smoothly hand off qualified leads to senior sales or technical leads
  • Stay informed about trends in software development, AI/LLMs, Flutter, cross-platform tools, and cloud technologies to speak knowledgeably to prospects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and refining scalable outbound sales process is a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile SDLC, software development workflows, and technologies like mobile apps, cloud, Flutter, AI/LLM at a business level is a plus
  • Skilled at soft-selling, persistent follow-ups, consultative discovery, and objection handling
  • Experience implementing sales or business development processes from scratch, with the ability to lead initiatives and inspire others
  • Strong experience creating outbound sales processes from scratch is a major plus. If you’ve built prospecting frameworks, CRM workflows, or scalable outreach strategies in a previous role, we want to hear about it
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, take initiative, and manage a dynamic workload
  • Eager to learn, adapt to emerging technologies, and use AI to boost productivity and insights
  • Able to communicate complex technology concepts (like cloud, mobile, AI, LLMs) in business terms that resonate with decision-makers
