This fully remote position (9 AM - 5 PM EST) focuses on sourcing high-quality leads and setting appointments. You will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying leads, primarily fund managers, property managers, and property owners. Your responsibilities include cold calling, email outreach, and managing the sales pipeline to ensure high appointment show-up rates. Success is measured by consistently sourcing qualified leads, achieving a strong pipeline, and maintaining high appointment attendance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a passion for real estate and lead generation.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in lead sourcing, cold calling, and appointment setting, preferably in B2B sales
- Smart, fast learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to develop skills
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Source and qualify leads fitting the ICP, focusing on fund managers, property managers, property owners, and related contacts
- Conduct cold calls and outreach via email and other channels to build relationships and pitch renovation services
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring leads are nurtured and appointments are confirmed
- Collaborate closely with the founder to schedule closing appointments
- Maintain high-quality lead generation and maximize show-up rates for scheduled calls
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to lead quality and engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge or interest in real estate, particularly multifamily apartments, is a plus
- Prior experience selling to real estate industry contacts, especially within multifamily housing or construction, is highly advantageous
- Consistently sources high-quality leads that fit the ideal customer profile
- Achieves a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and sets a steady stream of appointments with decision-makers
- Maintains a show-up rate of 80% or higher for scheduled appointments
- Receives positive feedback from the founder and internal team on lead quality and communication
- Demonstrates continuous learning and adapts quickly to feedback and process improvements
