Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in B2B environments
  • Proficient in Apollo and Salesforce CRM platforms for lead and pipeline management
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable using sales engagement tools and adapting quickly to new technologies

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Outreach: Proactively engage prospects through cold calling, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn messaging
  • Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule appointments (minimum 5 per week) to connect potential clients with the sales team and retrieve data samples from prospects
  • Lead Management: Use Apollo and Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate communication records
  • Follow-Up: Conduct timely and professional follow-ups via email and calls to nurture relationships and maximize conversions
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve lead quality
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics such as calls made, emails sent, and appointments booked

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consistently executing daily outbound outreach with high engagement across calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Setting a minimum of 5 qualified appointments weekly that advance the sales pipeline
  • Maintaining up-to-date, accurate records in Apollo and Salesforce
  • Effectively following up to convert warm leads into meetings
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly appointment-setting and pipeline-building targets
