Summary

Join Clearsulting as a Senior Business Development Representative and manage the end-to-end pipeline for the Treasury practice. Collaborate with various teams, create strategic plans to generate leads, and develop sales collateral. Report on pipeline progress weekly and maintain up-to-date pursuit documents. This hybrid or remote role requires 3+ years of sales experience and familiarity with Kyriba or similar TMS. Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales or business development experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with Kyriba or similar Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
  • Highly organized and adept at managing pipeline in Salesforce
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end pipeline for Clearsultingโ€™s Treasury practice, including managing correspondences with prospects, proactively updating Salesforce, creating SOWs and proposal decks, leading vendor onboarding, and completing knowledge transfers to delivery teams
  • Collaborate daily with Strategic Alliances, Marketing, and Treasury Practice team members at Clearsulting as well as Kyriba sales executives
  • Create strategic and tactical plans to create leads at prospective accounts. Identify opportunities where Clearsulting service offerings can support prospective client initiatives
  • Create sales collateral to support end-to-end pursuit cycles for the Treasury practice
  • Create awareness about Clearsulting and build relationships with key executives
  • Report on pipeline to key stakeholders on a weekly basis
  • Work with Business Operations to ensure all quals and other pursuit documents are up to date and inventoried

Preferred Qualifications

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated and eager to work in and further enable a high-growth environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Possesses leadership skills and executive presence
  • Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
