Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer moods effectively through appropriate voice modulation
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to problem-solving and excellent negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven to reach success
- Ability to maintain work ethics whilst handling a remote role
- Ability to commit to 40 hours a week and be able to work according to EST hours
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted prospecting and lead generation through cold calling
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and build strong relationships to result positive closures
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Track and focus on developing the clientele continuously
- Be smart / sharp to analyze and pick the right prospective leads which will result in a positive closure through situational approach in convincing the potential customer
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferably native English speakers or someone with the ability to converse with a neutral accent
- Prior experience in Inside Sales or Business Development or Sale & Marketing role is a definite advantage
