Summary

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at SafeLease, you will drive top-of-funnel activity, collaborate with the Account Executive team, qualify leads, and build SafeLease’s sales pipeline. Ideal candidates are motivated by performance-based compensation, have strong communication skills, a daring mindset, and a curious personality.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-of-funnel activity and collaborate with the Account Executive team to qualify leads and build SafeLease’s sales pipeline
• Engage with prospects and build relationships with commercial real estate professionals

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience ideal but not required
• Demonstrated track record of success in a working environment
• P&C insurance interest and/or experience a plus
