Summary

Stratagon is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with 2-4 years of experience in a BD or lead generation role. The BDR will prospect for new client meetings, secure those meetings, and collaborate with the sales team. This role offers a combination of base salary and commission, with full benefits.

Requirements

  • Strong & proven ability to prospect for new client meetings and secure new client meetings
  • Ability to collaborate with an established sales team
  • Identify and utilize new methods for prospecting and securing new client meetings
  • 2-4 years of experience in a BD, lead generation role for marketing or technology firm
  • Excellent communications skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to utilize Stratagon CRM effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new client meetings and securing new client meetings
  • Utilize business processes and strategy to drive measurable outcomes
  • Accountable for meeting and exceeding company KPI expectations
  • Report prospecting strategies, progress, challenges, and new ideas for regular review
  • Maintain a robust database of accounts & clients in our CRM
  • Learn and knowledgeably relate Stratagon’s history, marketing capabilities, measures, and implementation strategies to prospective clients
  • Participate in client meetings with our sales team to increase your knowledge of our capabilities, advantages, differentiators, and client questions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience prospecting in manufacturing, higher education, financial services industries
